Terms Of Service

The following are the terms of service for any usage of my work, this includes specifications of service aspect if you're looking to commission me soon. Please read them carefully as to avoid any future problems that may arise from you not doing so.1. My art is not to be used as an NFT. None of my work is intended to be used as an NFT, if you see my art being used in this manner please report it immediately.2. My art is not to be used in AI art in any way shape or form.3. If you use my art as a profile picture, avatar, etc, please make sure to credit me for the original piece either on your bio or in another place. You're also not allowed to use my personal art, art of my OCs or art I've made as a gift for other people.4. If you wish to commission me you must be respectful and cordial. You don't need to be 100% professional but I do ask that you still make sure to adress me with respect.5. Payment is to be given upfront in full.6. You can either pay through Paypal or through Ko-fi. (both through donations on Ko-fi or on the commission section)7. When commissioning me, please make sure you have a colored reference of your character. I will turn down any and all request that don't have a character reference or have one reference of a specific part of the character and nothing else. Of course it's okay if you want to add additional references to the character's one such as images of what you'd like them to be wearing in the piece, an object for them to hold, etc.8. I don't generally add an extra charge for simple props such as a book, backpack or mug, but I will charge extra for more complex props such as weapons and furniture. (the charge for furniture does not apply if you're buying a commission with a background, this only applies for those who don't)9. I will not do NSFW, fetish art, hateful art, feral art, any form of proshipper content, mecha/heavy robotic characters, simulate an artstyle, real people or art of other's OCs/designs without their authorization and consent.10. I will do anthro, humans, (humanoid) monsters, ship art, OCs, fanart, gore, pastel gore, suggestive/pin-ups, backgrounds, masc and femme characters.11. I'm best at drawing femme presenting characters, anthro, humans, generally cuter/more femenine aesthetics. (Keep in mind this doesn't mean I can't do other things)12. During the process I will send you a screenshot of the sketch and flat colors. You can ask for as many changes as you want ONLY DURING THE SKETCHING PHASE, anything after that cannot be edited/changed. At the time of flat colors you can request color alterations or changes in case a shade seems too dark, light, dull or bright.13. I'm a university student, and a pretty busy one at that. Commissions are normally finished during the month they're ordered and payed for, but it could take longer than that due to my academic obligations.14.
